Returns & Exchanges:

At Avernis, we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible so that you do not encounter any surprises when you receive your products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

Order Cancellation Policy:

We take pride in our ability to process all orders placed on our website quickly. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at avernis.manager@gmail.com as soon as possible.

The vast majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours. It is therefore essential that you contact us during this period so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

No cancellation request can be accepted once your order has already been processed.

Incorrect Address:

It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is accurate and to contact us as quickly as possible if you need to make a change. An address change can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).

In these cases, packages may be returned to us, but this is not always guaranteed.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you either a refund of your order minus the shipping costs or a reshipment, according to your preference.

You are not eligible for a reshipment or refund until your package has been received by the sender.

Return Policy:

We accept returns* for any reason! Whether you are dissatisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, our return policy allows you to return your products within 14 days of receiving them.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, simply complete the return form. Sign it and send it together with your package to the address that we will provide when you contact our support team.
