However, Avernis cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information provided on the website, whether such information originates from Avernis or from third-party partners providing such information.

Avernis is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use relating to all elements accessible on the website, including its structure, texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software and other content.

Any total or partial reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of any of these elements, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Joey Brac, owner of the website, at the following email address:

The Avernis website contains a number of hyperlinks to other websites, including partner websites and informational resources, established with the authorization of Joey Brac.

However, we are not able to verify all of the content of the websites accessed through such links and therefore accepts no responsibility for any potential risks associated with unlawful content found on such websites.
